  1. Service Discontinuation: If you decide to discontinue our dispatch services within 30 days of the initial service activation or contract signing, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Request Process: To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team within the 30-day period. Refund requests made after this timeframe may not be honored.

Refund Conditions

  1. Evaluation Period: We encourage clients to utilize our services fully during the first 30 days to assess their suitability for your needs.
  2. Service Usage: Refunds are available for unused portions of prepaid services or for services not yet rendered beyond the initial setup phase.
  3. Service Charges: Any fees incurred during the initial setup or onboarding process are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

  1. Termination by Client: Refunds are not applicable if termination of services occurs due to reasons not related to service performance or quality issues.
  2. Third-party Costs: Promosbill is not responsible for any charges incurred through third-party services or integrations used in conjunction with our dispatch services.
